First and foremost, the superbly attentive and genuinely friendly staff made me feel valued; they even assisted me in locating a lost bracelet, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room was a blissful retreat, equipped with a comfortable bed, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine, ensuring I could indulge in my favorite drinks at leisure. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofed rooms, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, despite the hotel's convenient location near public transport. The on-site restaurant served remarkable food, enhancing my dining experience during the stay. I can confidently say that the Nyx Hotel Hamburg will be my go-to accommodation in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable stay.
