Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nyx Hotel Hamburg, and it far exceeded my high expectations in numerous ways. First and foremost, the superbly attentive and genuinely friendly staff made me feel valued; they even assisted me in locating a lost bracelet, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room was a blissful retreat, equipped with a comfortable bed, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine, ensuring I could indulge in my favorite drinks at leisure. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofed rooms, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, despite the hotel's convenient location near public transport. The on-site restaurant served remarkable food, enhancing my dining experience during the stay. I can confidently say that the Nyx Hotel Hamburg will be my go-to accommodation in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable stay.
